Boundaries are not just for relationships!
In today’s podcast, we are talking about setting boundaries in friendships. We know that setting boundaries can be difficult and saying “no” is not in most people’s friendship vocabulary. So we are sitting down and discussing what that looks like and how we have navigated our own boundaries within our friendships and friendships around us. We also discuss what it looks like to rezone the boundaries you have made for yourself and whether or not they need to be pushed a little.
